A Taste of Malaysia in Every Scoop for Visit Malaysia 2026

Tourism Malaysia proudly supports the launch of Inside Scoop’s Rasa-Rasa Malaysia collection in conjunction with the nationwide Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026) campaign. This creative initiative highlights the country’s cultural diversity through a series of locally inspired ice cream flavours that reflect Malaysia’s rich heritage.

The campaign was officially launched by Mr. Wizani Rosmin, Senior Director Management of Tourism Malaysia, at the Inside Scoop outlet in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. The collaboration represents Tourism Malaysia’s continued efforts to promote authentic local experiences and encourage domestic tourism as the country prepares for VM2026.

This initiative demonstrates the value of strong partnerships between the public and private sectors in strengthening Malaysia’s tourism industry. By combining creativity with cultural storytelling, the campaign aims to position Malaysia as a vibrant destination where food plays a central role in shaping memorable travel experiences.

The Rasa-Rasa Malaysia collection introduces six limited-edition flavours, each inspired by the identity and heritage of different states across the country. Among the highlights are the bold Liberica coffee from Johor, indulgent dark chocolate from Kelantan, and the beloved dodol durian from Melaka. The collection also features Sarawak’s distinctive gula apong, the nostalgic “Kaw Dinosaur” representing Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, and the refreshing taste of strawberries from Cameron Highlands in Pahang.

To make the experience more engaging, the campaign includes interactive elements such as a limited-edition Ice Cream Passport and a stamp rally. This concept encourages visitors to explore multiple Inside Scoop outlets nationwide, capturing the spirit of travel and discovery that lies at the heart of the VM2026 campaign.

The Rasa-Rasa Malaysia collection will be available at all Inside Scoop outlets nationwide from 6 April until 11 May 2026. Tourism Malaysia also welcomes further collaborations with industry partners to create innovative and experience-driven campaigns that will continue to elevate Malaysia’s reputation as a must-visit global destination.
