Lotus’s Malaysia is celebrating its 4th anniversary with a nationwide campaign that combines value-driven shopping, exciting rewards, and meaningful community contributions. Running from 7 May to 3 June 2026, the campaign invites customers across Malaysia to enjoy special promotions while also supporting initiatives that benefit families and children in need.
Under the theme “Menang Besar Senyum Lebar,” shoppers can enjoy Buy 1 Free 1 deals on more than 530 everyday essentials and household products. These offers cover key categories such as pantry staples, household necessities, and personal care items. The campaign also features the “Harga Hangat” initiative, which provides more affordable pricing on essential goods to help families manage their daily expenses more efficiently.

Additional savings are available through “Hari My Lotus’s” every Wednesday. Customers who spend a minimum of RM60 can enjoy 4X loyalty points, RM4 coupons, and up to 10X points on selected member-priced items. This weekly highlight is designed to give shoppers even more value throughout the anniversary celebration period.
Beyond everyday savings, customers also stand a chance to win attractive prizes through the “Menang Besar Senyum Lebar” contest. With a minimum spend of RM40 in a single receipt at participating Lotus’s stores, online platforms, selected mall tenants, or food courts, participants can win prizes such as a Proton e.MAS 7, Gintell B-Bravo Massage Chair, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, and a 3D2N stay at Colmar Tropicale Resort in Berjaya Hills.
Selected Lotus’s stores in Rawang, Klang, Puchong, and Shah Alam will also host the “Menang Macam-Macam Di Stor” mini mall contest. Customers can join an interactive activity by guessing the number of Lotus’s Own Brand snacks inside a display vehicle, with 12 winners taking home exclusive hampers worth RM100 each.

In addition to promotions and rewards, the anniversary campaign also focuses strongly on community impact. Lotus’s Malaysia will contribute 0.5% of sales from its house brand products (excluding fresh categories) to the National Cancer Council Malaysia (MAKNA), supporting children undergoing cancer treatment.
In collaboration with Procter & Gamble (P&G), another 0.5% of sales from selected participating products will be donated to Gabungan Anak-Anak Palsi Serebrum (GAPS) and Tender Touch Paediatric Rehab. These organisations focus on rehabilitation and early intervention programmes for children with developmental delays and complex disabilities.

Lotus’s Malaysia emphasised that the campaign reflects its ongoing commitment to community care under the #KitakanJiran spirit. According to the company, the initiative is not only about delivering value and rewards to customers but also about supporting families who need critical care and assistance.
Every purchase of selected products contributes directly to this cause, turning everyday shopping into meaningful support for those in need. Through the Beli & Derma initiative, customers are encouraged to participate simply by purchasing Lotus’s Own Brand and participating P&G products.
As Lotus’s Malaysia celebrates its fourth year, the campaign highlights a blend of savings, rewards, and social responsibility. It reinforces the idea that shopping can go beyond personal benefit and help create a positive impact for communities nationwide.
