As Malaysia gears up for Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026), local wellness brand ZERO Healthcare is taking a bold step toward transforming the nation’s tourism experience through the introduction of the ZERO Power Station concept. The initiative aims to redefine how travellers rest, recharge and experience comfort while exploring Malaysia by introducing accessible wellness touchpoints throughout the country.
Originally launched in 2022, ZERO Power Station has grown significantly with over 800 locations and more than 2,000 shared massage chairs currently operating nationwide. In conjunction with Visit Malaysia 2026, the company is now setting an ambitious goal of expanding its network to 5,000 wellness touchpoints by the end of 2026. The move reflects its commitment to creating a more comfortable and traveller-friendly environment across Malaysia.

The launch was officiated by Samuel Lee Thai Hung, Deputy Director General of Tourism Malaysia, further establishing ZERO Healthcare as a strategic partner supporting the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign. The collaboration highlights a shared vision of improving not only tourist arrivals but also the quality of the overall visitor experience.
According to Samuel Lee Thai Hung, tourism today extends beyond attracting visitors to destinations. Enhancing the journey itself has become equally important, and innovations such as ZERO Power Station reflect the type of traveller-centric initiatives that can strengthen Malaysia’s position as a progressive tourism destination. Such efforts are expected to create more memorable and seamless travel experiences.
As preparations for Visit Malaysia 2026 continue, the focus has increasingly shifted toward creating meaningful experiences on the ground. Long hours of walking, commuting and waiting are common travel challenges that often leave tourists physically exhausted. Recognising this need, ZERO Healthcare developed ZERO Power Station as a practical solution designed to provide travellers with easy access to moments of rest and relaxation.

Founder and Managing Director Tommy Tham shared that today’s travellers are looking for more than just attractions or destinations. They are seeking a better overall journey experience, and integrating wellness into everyday travel moments can create a more satisfying travel experience. As a proudly Malaysian brand, ZERO Healthcare sees its contribution as a meaningful way to support the country’s tourism ambitions.
Adding an engaging touch to the initiative, the official Visit Malaysia 2026 mascots Wira and Manja will appear alongside ZERO Healthcare’s mascot, Captain Roro Paws, at various ZERO Power Station locations. These interactive elements are expected to strengthen Malaysia’s image as a modern and wellness-driven tourism destination while enhancing visitor engagement.
Built around the campaign theme “Recharge Along Your Journey,” the concept allows users to access services through the ZERO mobile application. First-time users receive complimentary credits and can enjoy an instant massage chair experience within minutes. Four Power Station concepts were also introduced to showcase the flexibility and adaptability of the platform across various tourism and high-traffic environments.
Looking ahead, ZERO Healthcare plans to continue expanding its footprint across Malaysia and the wider region. Through its growing wellness network, the company aims to support its vision of creating a “zero-stress, zero-illness” society while contributing to Malaysia’s aspiration of becoming one of the region’s leading tourism destinations.
