Lotus’s Malaysia Launches Ramadan Raya 2026 Campaign with Community Giving Initiative

Festive shopping took on deeper meaning as Lotus’s Malaysia officially launched its Ramadan Raya 2026 campaign, “Senyuman Ekstra Bernilai”, through a hands-on Shop for Good Challenge that transformed a press event into an act of community giving.

Held in collaboration with Food Aid Foundation (FAF), the launch brought together media representatives and brand partners including Nestlé, Mondelez International, F&N and official beverage partner Coca-Cola to collect essential food items such as rice, vermicelli, biscuits, cooking oil, hot beverages, instant noodles, sauces and canned goods.

More than 1,400 kilograms of items were gathered during the event and will be converted into nutritious meals for underserved families during Ramadan under Lotus’s #KitakanJiran initiative, setting the tone for a campaign that blends value-driven shopping with meaningful social impact.

The nationwide campaign, themed “Serikan Lagi Ramadan, Ceriakan Lagi Raya”, runs from 26 February to 8 April 2026.

According to Azliza Azmel, Corporate Services Executive Director of Lotus’s Malaysia, the campaign is about more than just good prices. It aims to help families celebrate Ramadan and Raya with dignity, making everyday shopping more meaningful while sharing blessings with those in need. She added that the initiative represents both the relief shoppers feel when they receive fair value and the joy of giving through acts of charity.

The campaign reflects Lotus’s commitment to supporting families during the festive season by easing financial pressures associated with sahur and iftar preparations, Raya attire and household needs. More than 4,500 promotional items have been curated, including Rahmah lines, allowing families to access a wide range of essentials at affordable prices.

In addition, over 2,500 essential items are available under the government’s Sumbangan Asas Rahmah programme, enabling eligible households to utilise their assistance for daily necessities.

Lotus’s Senyuman Ekstra Bernilai in stores, featuring more than 4,500 SKUs that are up to 50% discount throughout the campaign period.

Shoppers can enjoy discounts of up to 50 percent across fresh produce, pantry staples, cookware, electrical appliances, home furnishings and Raya apparel, as well as up to 30 percent off chilled and frozen foods and cold beverages. Raya apparel under the Rahmah range starts from RM39, while new 12-piece dinnerware collections are available from RM69.

Lotus’s is also offering an extensive selection of 23 kurma varieties sourced from countries including the UAE, Palestine, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia, with prices ranging from RM5.99 to RM77.99. Fresh produce promotions include buy-one-free-one deals on selected seafood, whole chicken, marinated lamb and beef, Australian beef ranges, as well as fruits such as watermelon, bananas and pineapples, and a variety of vegetables.

Household and lifestyle items are also included in the promotion, with discounts of up to 50 percent and buy-one-free-one offers on selected cleaning products.

Members of My Lotus’s can participate in rewards and contests with a minimum spend of RM128, standing a chance to win prizes worth over RM650,000. Grand prizes include a Proton e.MAS 5, an exclusive travel package to Dubai for two and 10-gram 999.9 gold bars for selected MyDebit or DuitNow QR winners.

To extend the celebration nationwide, Lotus’s will host Raya World Indoor Bazaars at 31 selected outlets across Klang Valley, Northern, Southern and East Coast regions. These events will feature in-store activations, product sampling sessions and interactive games.

Additional activities include Era FM DJ appearances at selected stores, My Lotus’s roadshows at 15 locations nationwide with festive games and giveaways, and exclusive KYO collaborations at selected outlets offering shoppers the opportunity to win prizes such as an iPhone 17 Pro Max, gold bars, Dyson hair appliances and cash rewards.
