Cristiano Ronaldo Invests Nearly RM30 Million in Herbalife’s Pro2col™, Strengthening Personalized Wellness Vision

Herbalife announces Cristiano Ronaldo’s RM30 million investment and 10% equity stake in Pro2col™, marking a significant milestone in the company’s digital wellness strategy. 

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF), a leading global health and wellness company, community, and platform, today announced that global sports icon Cristiano Ronaldo has acquired a 10% equity stake in HBL Pro2col Software, LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Herbalife that holds the Pro2col technology. Pro2col is Herbalife’s next-generation, digital, personalized health and wellness operating system, designed to drive daily engagement, sustainable behavior change, and measurable outcomes through a structured, data-driven approach to wellness.

Ronaldo invested approximately RM30 million (USD 7.5 million) and has committed to providing services and sponsorship rights to Pro2col Software. This investment highlights Ronaldo’s strong personal commitment to health and nutrition and reflects his confidence in the future of personalized nutrition. It also supports Herbalife’s vision of making data-driven, individualized wellness accessible to communities worldwide by combining innovative technology with the personal support of its distributor network.

The system also equips Herbalife’s distributors with tools and insights to improve customer engagement, making personalized nutrition and wellness scalable and accessible.

Herbalife has launched a strategic, phased beta rollout of Pro2col to gather user insights in the market ahead of a broader commercial release. Beta access is currently available to distributors and customers in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, with plans to expand to select EMEA markets in 2026.
