Concorde Hotel Shah Alam welcomes the festive season with a series of special Food & Beverage offerings for Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026. This year’s celebrations showcase an exciting range of culinary experiences crafted by Executive Chef Alham Ahmad Daldiri and his talented team at Melting Pot Café.
Guests looking to enjoy the season without the hassle of cooking can opt for the Take Home Feast, featuring a selection of roasts and sweet treats starting from RM35. This convenient festive menu is available from 10 December 2025 until 2 January 2026.
On Christmas Eve, Melting Pot Café at Level 1 invites diners to indulge in a delightful buffet dinner. The spread highlights Salted Crusted Whole Salmon with Chive Cream Sauce, Roasted Whole Lamb with Mint Yoghurt and Black Pepper Sauce, baked pumpkin cubes, fresh Auckland oysters, half-shell mussels, poached yabbies, smoked fish, traditional pâté and salmon gravlax. For dessert lovers, festive favourites such as Chocolate Mountain Choux Puff Tower, fruit cake and a gingerbread house await.
Christmas Day continues with a buffet hi-tea offering a variety of appetisers, soups, main courses and desserts. Featured dishes include Baked Whole Seabass with Pink Peppercorn Gravy and Yorkshire Pudding Whole Chicken with Mushroom. Diners will also be entertained by festive songs performed by the hotel’s Batak Band.
The hotel also presents a full line-up of New Year’s celebrations. Melting Pot Café will serve a New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner, New Year’s Day Buffet Hi-Tea and New Year’s Day Buffet Dinner, each offering a generous spread of sweet, savoury and festive dishes specially prepared for the season. Meanwhile, Crossroads Lounge will host the New Year’s Eve Countdown with a lively Dangdut Rock theme, complete with entertainment, games and a lucky draw.
A range of pricing options is available for adults, senior citizens and children across all festive dining sessions. Guests can choose from Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner, Christmas Day Hi-Tea, Christmas Day Buffet Dinner, New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner, New Year’s Eve Countdown, New Year’s Day Buffet Hi-Tea and New Year’s Day Buffet Dinner. Children’s prices apply for ages 5 to 12.
