Organon Malaysia, DKSH Malaysia and BIG CARING Group have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at strengthening healthcare access across Malaysia by leveraging their combined strengths in healthcare products, distribution expertise and retail pharmacy reach. The collaboration brings together Organon’s healthcare portfolio, BIG CARING Group’s extensive nationwide pharmacy network and DKSH’s established healthcare distribution capabilities. Together, the three organisations aim to improve how healthcare solutions are delivered and accessed by communities across the country. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to enhancing healthcare availability and supporting community wellbeing. At the core of the partnership is the expansion of access to healthcare products through BIG CARING Group’s retail pharmacy network, which spans more than 600 pharmacies nationwide. This network includes well-known pharmacy brands such as BIG Pharmacy, CARING Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy, Ting Pharmacy and Wellings Pharmacy. By integrating Organon’s healthcare portfolio into this ecosystem, more Malaysians will be able to access essential healthcare solutions closer to where they live and work. It also highlights the importance of early awareness and intervention in managing chronic allergic conditions. In addition to RELIEF, the partnership will support the Resilient Community Initiative (RCI) WASH Sabah 2026 in collaboration with the non-governmental organisation Doctors on Ground (DnG). This programme is designed to address essential water, sanitation, hygiene and healthcare needs among underserved and stateless communities in Sabah. It will also include healthcare services, health education and distribution of essential supplies. The initiative is expected to benefit approximately 600 to 1,000 individuals in targeted communities. This effort highlights the partnership’s broader commitment to inclusive healthcare access.
