After a decade since it first captured the imagination of Malaysians and tourists alike, the world-famous Dinner In The Sky Malaysia has made its highly anticipated comeback, marking a grand celebration in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2026. Officially relaunched by YB Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, the special ceremony was attended by members of the media, invited guests, and tourism industry partners. This return marks a new chapter for the globally renowned dining experience, inviting thrill-seekers and food lovers to enjoy a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure — 150 feet above the ground, overlooking the breathtaking Kuala Lumpur skyline.

Set at TREC Kuala Lumpur, this exclusive pop-up attraction runs until the end of January 2026, offering diners a curated three-course meal prepared by Ceylon House, a distinguished member of the award-winning Cinnamon Group, known for its excellence in premium dining experiences. As guests are securely strapped into rotating seats on a suspended dining platform, they are treated to a 360° panoramic view of the city’s glittering skyline — whether during the golden hues of the KL Sunset session (6:30 PM) or the dazzling lights of the KL City Lights session (8:00 PM).
Originally launched in Brussels, Belgium, in 2006, Dinner In The Sky has since hosted over 10,000 sessions in more than 70 cities worldwide, becoming a global symbol of experiential dining. In Malaysia, the attraction continues to uphold the highest international safety standards, certified and supervised by TÜV SÜD, a leading German organization specializing in product and safety validation. Each guest is secured with safety belts, while crew members are equipped with harnesses and guided by a safety supervisor in constant communication with the crane operator to ensure a smooth and secure “flight.”

Priced at RM399 nett per person, the experience includes a 1-hour dining session in the sky, complete with a full three-course meal and free-flow cordial juice and water. Open to guests aged 12 and above (with minors accompanied by adults), seats can be booked via www.dinnerintheskymalaysia.com, appointed travel agents, or walk-ins at the Dinner In The Sky Lounge at TREC Kuala Lumpur. With opening week sessions already sold out, new reservations are now open to the public.
For those seeking a more exclusive celebration, Dinner In The Sky Malaysia also offers customizable packages for private events, corporate functions, and special occasions, making it an unforgettable venue to elevate any gathering. Travel and tour operators are likewise invited to collaborate for partnership opportunities — as Malaysia once again showcases why it remains a top destination for world-class tourism and unique experiences.
