Organon Malaysia, DKSH Malaysia and BIG CARING Group (BCG) have entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening healthcare access across Malaysia through a multi-stakeholder collaboration that integrates pharmaceutical innovation, distribution strength and an extensive retail pharmacy network. The partnership brings together Organon’s healthcare portfolio, DKSH’s expertise in healthcare market expansion and distribution, and BIG CARING Group’s nationwide network of more than 600 community pharmacies, including BIG Pharmacy, CARING Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy, Ting Pharmacy and Wellings Pharmacy. Together, the collaboration seeks to improve the availability and reach of essential healthcare solutions, ensuring that more communities across the country can access timely and reliable care while also promoting health awareness and community wellbeing initiatives.

Beyond improving product accessibility, the partnership is designed to create broader public health impact through education and outreach programmes. One of the key initiatives announced under this collaboration is RELIEF, a regional programme focused on strengthening allergy awareness and improving access to respiratory and dermatological allergy care solutions. In addition, the partners will support the Resilient Community Initiative (RCI) WASH Sabah 2026 in collaboration with non-governmental organisation Doctors on Ground (DnG), which aims to address critical water, sanitation, hygiene and healthcare needs among underserved and stateless communities in Sabah, with an estimated 600 to 1,000 beneficiaries expected to receive healthcare services, education and essential supplies.

The collaboration highlights how cross-sector partnerships can strengthen healthcare systems by combining commercial reach with on-the-ground community engagement. Organon emphasizes the importance of advancing health equity through broader access to care, while BIG CARING Group underscores the vital role of community pharmacies in promoting early intervention and health awareness. DKSH, meanwhile, contributes its distribution and commercial outsourcing expertise to ensure healthcare products and services are efficiently delivered to communities in need. Collectively, these efforts reflect a shared commitment to improving health outcomes and building more resilient communities across Malaysia.
