Hunan TV International and Mango TV Partner with KMA Production to Showcase Johor, Malaysia

Malaysia, 27 February 2026 – In celebration of the 52nd anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia and the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign, Hunan TV International, alongside Mango TV and KMA Production, launched a dynamic series of promotional initiatives to showcase Johor, Malaysia. The flagship initiative, the new variety programme “Let’s Go Malaysia,” combines immersive travel storytelling with cultural exploration. Guided by the creative philosophy of thoughtfulness, artistry, and people-centric storytelling, the series highlights Malaysia’s rich cultural heritage, stunning landscapes, and contemporary vibrancy.

The programme premiered its first episode on 25 February, with the second episode airing on 4 March. Featuring two popular Mango TV artistes alongside Malaysia’s national badminton icon, Olympic silver medallist Goh Liu Ying (吴柳莹), the series emphasizes authentic engagement, introducing audiences to Johor’s Nanyang cuisine, multicultural heritage, and breathtaking scenery. A dedicated launch ceremony on 6 March in Hunan further amplified the series’ reach, strengthening tourism and cultural collaboration between Hunan and Malaysia.
