CAPAS 2026 to Strengthen Collaboration and Innovation in Southwest China’s Auto Industry

Chengdu, 8 April 2026. CAPAS Chengdu 2026, the 12th edition of the Chengdu International Trade Fair for Automotive Parts and Aftermarket Services, will take place from 21 to 23 May 2026 at the Chengdu Century City New International Exhibition and Convention Center. Spanning 53,000 sqm, the event will gather more than 790 exhibitors, showcasing the latest developments in new energy vehicles, connected mobility, and automotive customisation, while strengthening its role as a leading industry platform in Southwest China.

He highlighted that the exhibition is evolving alongside the rise of new energy and intelligent vehicle technologies, offering opportunities for companies to connect, share insights, and explore future market trends.

The Sichuan-Chongqing automotive cluster continues to expand rapidly, supported by strong production growth and rising demand in both vehicle manufacturing and aftermarket services. CAPAS 2026 will present specialised zones covering commercial vehicles, parts sourcing, remanufacturing, new energy solutions, intelligent connectivity, and automotive accessories, showcasing technologies that support electrification, sustainability, and smart mobility.
