HONOR N Series Sees Rapid Growth Across Southeast Asia in 2025

HONOR’s N Series has recorded remarkable growth across global markets, particularly in Southeast Asia, following major upgrades to its flagship-level features. According to a recent report by Counterpoint Research released on 1 April 2026, sales of the HONOR N Series surged by 333% in Southeast Asia in 2025. This growth is largely attributed to the success of the HONOR 400 Series, which introduced significant improvements in camera performance, battery life, and AI capabilities compared to its predecessor. Beyond Southeast Asia, the series also performed strongly in other regions, including the Middle East & Africa, Latin America, and Europe, highlighting HONOR’s expanding global footprint.

Malaysia has become one of HONOR’s strongest markets, playing a crucial role in the brand’s regional success. In 2025, HONOR achieved significant sales growth in the country, positioning itself as the No.1 brand in total smartphone sales. The company also gained strong traction in the premium segment, particularly within the “accessible flagship” category.

HONOR’s performance in Malaysia’s premium Android segment has been especially noteworthy. The brand has surpassed key competitors such as Google and Xiaomi, securing its position as one of the top players in the accessible flagship tier. With this momentum, HONOR is now closing the gap with Samsung and emerging as a strong contender for leadership in the premium Android smartphone space.

The continued demand for high-performance yet competitively priced smartphones suggests a promising outlook for HONOR. As consumers increasingly seek value-driven flagship experiences, the brand is well-positioned to sustain its growth trajectory in Malaysia and beyond.
