HONOR is inviting the public to experience Malaysia’s rich and diverse cultural heritage through a smartphone photography gallery exhibition held at Fahrenheit88, Bukit Bintang. Organized in conjunction with the Visit Malaysia 2026 Arts and Culture Showcase, the exhibition runs from 27 to 31 December and presents a visual celebration of the nation’s traditions, local cuisine, iconic landmarks, and native wildlife, all captured through the lens of modern mobile photography.
The exhibition features a curated collection of photographs taken entirely using the HONOR Magic8 Pro, each reflecting the photographers’ unique artistic perspectives. Through this showcase, HONOR demonstrates the power of its flagship camera system, highlighted by the advanced 200MP Ultra Night Telephoto Camera that delivers outstanding clarity, stability, and creative flexibility. Enhanced by next-generation AI technology, the HONOR Magic8 Pro elevates smartphone photography into a compelling storytelling tool, vividly capturing Malaysia’s colors, textures, and vibrant spirit in remarkable detail.
Adding an interactive element to the experience, visitors are also given the opportunity to don traditional Malaysian attire, including Chinese, Nyonya, Malay, and Indian costumes, and capture their own photos using the HONOR Magic8 Pro. This hands-on activity allows the public to experience firsthand the smartphone’s advanced portrait capabilities, impressive low-light performance, and exceptional image clarity, while celebrating Malaysia’s multicultural identity in a fun and engaging way.
As the exhibition concludes on 31 December 2025, the celebration continues with the Visit Malaysia 2026 New Year’s Eve Festival at Bukit Bintang. Members of the public are invited to gather outside Pavilion Kuala Lumpur from 7.00pm until 12.30am to count down to the New Year, marking a vibrant close to the arts and culture showcase while ushering in an exciting chapter for Visit Malaysia 2026.
