Dreaming in K-Beauty: Watsons Malaysia Presents ‘The Seoul’s Dreamland’ 2025

Watsons Malaysia successfully concluded its highly anticipated K-Beauty Festa 2025, themed “The Seoul’s Dreamland”, which ran from 15 April to 5 May 2025. The campaign brought a vibrant celebration of Korean beauty and wellness to thousands of fans across the country, reinforcing Watsons’ position as Malaysia’s leading O+O (offline and online) health and beauty retailer. This third edition of the annual K-Beauty campaign was bigger and better than ever, offering an immersive month-long experience that highlighted the latest trends in K-beauty and K-wellness.

The highlight of the campaign took place from 24 to 27 April 2025 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, where Watsons transformed the venue into a dreamy K-beauty playground. In collaboration with local illustrator Yellobanana, the event featured whimsical installations, interactive zones, and Instagram-worthy check-in spots, giving visitors a taste of Seoul’s beauty culture without leaving Malaysia. Attendees explored over 80 participating Korean brands, indulging in skincare, makeup, healthcare, personal care, and even exclusive K-pop merchandise.

Throughout the festival, customers enjoyed a range of perks including limited-time offers, free product redemptions, and exclusive Gifts with Purchase such as Yellobanana-designed bags and wagons with minimum spends. Limited-edition items like the Secret Enamel Pin and K-Beauty Acne Patch were also available exclusively at Watsons stores and online platforms, further elevating the excitement.

The campaign also featured the Watsons K-Beauty Spend & Win Contest, held in collaboration with SUKA Travel & Tours. Watsons Club members who spent RM120 and above on selected K-beauty brands stood a chance to win incredible prizes, including 10 grand prizes of a 6D4N trip to Seoul and 20 hampers filled with premium Korean beauty products worth up to RM500.
