DJI Malaysia has officially opened the doors to its very first two-storey DJI Experience Store at Low Yat Park, marking a bold step forward in the company’s commitment to innovation, education, and immersive customer engagement. This new retail landmark is set to transform how Malaysians interact with drone and imaging technology, offering more than just a store it’s a destination for learning, exploration, and community building.
Spread across two dynamic levels, the Experience Store is designed to give customers a complete journey through DJI’s product range. The ground floor is a haven for everyday tech enthusiasts, featuring interactive demo zones where visitors can test-fly the latest consumer drones such as the DJI Avata 2 and Mini 4 Pro. On the upper level, professionals and serious creators will find a curated showcase of DJI’s high-end tools, including the Inspire 3 and Ronin series stabilizers, all supported by designated areas for hands-on testing and evaluation.
In addition to its retail offerings, the store is positioned as a hub for knowledge-sharing and skill development. Beginning September 2025, DJI Malaysia will host a regular series of educational workshops and live training sessions. These programs are designed to cater to a wide audience from first-time drone users to seasoned cinematographers – and will be conducted by certified DJI instructors and invited industry professionals. Topics will range from basic drone flying to aerial storytelling, post-production techniques, and equipment care.
Deputy Chief Executive of DJI, Eason Guo, expressed his enthusiasm about the new store’s role in fostering a stronger creator community in Malaysia. “We didn’t just want to open another retail space. We wanted to create a home for DJI fans and future creators,” he said. “This two-storey layout allows us to provide a truly hands-on experience and personalised support that you simply can’t get online. It’s about inspiring confidence, curiosity, and creativity in every visitor who walks through our doors.”

To celebrate its grand opening, the DJI Experience Store is offering exclusive in-store promotions, including special launch bundles on select drone and camera models. Another major draw is the introduction of on-site technical support and servicing, a first for DJI’s retail presence in Malaysia. Customers will now be able to receive direct after-sales assistance and expert advice without needing to send their products away.

Strategically located at Low Yat Park, one of Kuala Lumpur’s most prominent technology retail centres, the store is expected to attract a wide range of visitors – from tourists and gadget lovers to professional filmmakers and content creators. With its blend of high-tech retail, learning opportunities, and community interaction, the DJI Experience Store sets a new standard for what a tech flagship can offer in Malaysia.
The store is now open daily from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Customers interested in upcoming workshops and special events can stay updated via DJI Malaysia’s official website, Facebook, and Instagram pages. – Tehtariktimes
