Hitman Solutions, Malaysia’s leading live entertainment promoter, is bringing back one of the world’s most renowned Qawwali maestros, Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, to Malaysia this 1 November 2025 at Idea Live Arena, 3 Damansara. This upcoming concert is set to be even more historic as Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will perform alongside his son, Shahzaman Ali Khan, marking the continuation of the legendary Khan musical dynasty on Malaysian soil.
Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has carried forward the unmatched legacy of his late uncle, Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, establishing himself as one of the most celebrated Sufi singers and Bollywood playback artists of his generation. With a career that spans over three decades, he has performed to sold-out arenas across the globe, captivating audiences with his powerful voice and emotive performances. Over the years, Rahat has delivered countless songs that have become both cultural staples and cinematic favourites.
At this concert, fans can anticipate a night of unforgettable music, with live renditions of some of his greatest hits. These include O Re Piya from Aaja Nachle, the romantic ballad Teri Meri from Bodyguard, his breakthrough track Mann Ki Lagan from Paap, the internationally acclaimed Afreen Afreen from Coke Studio, and the soulful Dil To Bachcha Hai Ji from Ishqiya. Known for blending traditional qawwali with contemporary musical influences, Rahat’s artistry transcends borders. In April 2025, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan performed at The Star Theatre in Singapore, where more than 5,000 fans were treated to a three-hour showcase filled with qawwalis, Bollywood favourites, and timeless classics. The overwhelming response reflected his enduring global appeal and artistry.
