The dealer group swept a staggering 40 prestigious accolades across its diverse business operations, which include the BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad brands. The awards recognized peak performance across all foundational pillars of the business, spanning sales volume, aftersales operational excellence, customer experience innovation, marketing strategy, and leadership in BMW Group Financial Services.
This record-breaking sweep was driven by exceptional individual performances across multiple branches nationwide. In the premier Platinum category of the BMW Excellence Club Award, Dealer Principals Joe Lee Se Juan of Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara and Lim Sern Paul of Auto Bavaria Balakong took top honors. The Gold category saw wins for Wong Kim Kooi (Penang), Benjamin Ang Boon Chyuan (Tebrau), and Muhammad Shaza Abdul Karim (Johor Bahru).
