Antigravity, a drone brand incubated by Insta360, has expanded its A1 ecosystem in Malaysia with the introduction of the Follow Me Bundle and Remote Controller, offering users greater flexibility, convenience and creative control when capturing aerial footage.
The announcement follows the Malaysian debut of the Antigravity A1 in March 2026. Introduced as the world’s first 8K 360-degree drone, the A1 is designed to capture immersive aerial footage while allowing users to explore different perspectives from a single recording.
With the latest additions, Antigravity aims to simplify the flying experience while providing users with more ways to capture outdoor adventures, sporting activities and memorable moments with family and friends.
The new Follow Me Bundle introduces enhanced subject-tracking capabilities, allowing the A1 to automatically follow a moving subject while recording its surroundings in 8K 360-degree resolution.
This feature enables users to focus on activities such as cycling, hiking or spending time with loved ones without having to constantly adjust the drone’s camera or flight direction.
Unlike conventional follow-me drones that typically capture footage from a single perspective, the A1 records the surrounding environment, providing greater flexibility during post-production.
After completing a flight, users can select different viewing angles, shift focus between subjects and create cinematic camera movements, including smooth pans and dramatic reveals, using footage captured during the same flight.
Antigravity A1 Remote And Safety Enhancements
To improve tracking accuracy and reliability, the Follow Me Bundle combines visual tracking technology with the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) integrated into the Watch Remote.
This combination helps maintain consistent tracking during fast-paced movements or brief visual obstructions, making the system particularly suitable for outdoor adventures and dynamic group activities.
The bundle also includes the Watch Remote and Ring Remote, both designed to provide convenient access to essential flight controls.
Through the Drag-to-Fly feature, users can smoothly reposition the drone as though guiding it with an invisible thread, allowing adjustments without disrupting the recording process.
The Ring Remote further enhances convenience by enabling gesture-based control, allowing users to guide the drone through hand movements.
For additional protection, the Follow Me Bundle includes Full-Coverage Propeller Guards that completely enclose the A1’s propellers.
When used alongside the drone’s omnidirectional obstacle avoidance system, these guards provide an additional layer of protection during low-altitude flights and operations in environments with nearby objects or people.
Antigravity Chief Executive Officer Michael Shabun said the new accessories reflect the company’s commitment to improving the drone experience, particularly for users capturing family memories and sporting activities.
He added that the company would continue expanding the A1 ecosystem to introduce new possibilities for aerial creativity.
Antigravity A1 Traditional Flight Controller
In addition to the Follow Me Bundle, Antigravity has introduced a dedicated Remote Controller for users seeking a more traditional and precise flying experience.
Featuring a familiar dual-stick control layout, the Remote Controller allows pilots to navigate in different directions and perform more complex aerial manoeuvres with greater precision.
The controller also incorporates a Fixed View feature, which aligns the user’s viewing perspective with the direction of the drone.
Meanwhile, the Virtual Gimbal feature allows pilots to adjust the camera angle during flight, offering greater flexibility when composing aerial shots.
Together, these capabilities enable users to create dynamic Tail Whip shots and smooth perspective transitions that resemble the natural movement of turning one’s head to look behind.
The combination of immersive 360-degree recording and conventional flight controls provides content creators with additional options for producing cinematic aerial footage.

In terms of pricing, the Antigravity A1 Follow Me Bundle is available in Malaysia for RM2,799.
The package includes the A1 drone, Ring Remote, Watch Remote, Full-Coverage Propeller Guards, a crossbody bag and a high-capacity flight battery.
For existing A1 owners who wish to upgrade their equipment, the Follow Me Accessories Kit is priced at RM1,499 and includes the Ring Remote, Watch Remote and Full-Coverage Propeller Guards.
The standalone Remote Controller carries a regular price of RM379, with a promotional price of RM299 offered to eligible new and existing Motion Control Bundle buyers.
Meanwhile, the Remote Controller Bundle is listed at RM7,499 and includes the A1 drone, Vision Goggles, Remote Controller, three high-capacity flight batteries, a Quick Reader, spare propellers and a sling bag.
