This strategic collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), aims to elevate the overall vehicle ownership experience for CAM clients.

R&A Marketing Sdn. Bhd. serves as the distributor for CAM Light Commercial Vehicles, which includes a range of Vans, Minibuses, Light Trucks, Special Purpose Vehicles, and Electric Commercial Vehicles (CAM EV). Bateriku.com, renowned for its 24/7 connected roadside assistance services, supports a wide range of vehicles, including Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Hybrid, and Electric Vehicles (EV).

The MOA signing ceremony took place at Bateriku.com’s Podium, marking a major milestone in the partnership. The collaboration aims to provide CAM’s customers with seamless after-sales support via Bateriku.com’s 24/7/365 Contact Centre. Through its extensive network of trained mobile technicians, known as BHeroes, Bateriku.com will deliver on-site, on-demand roadside assistance services, such as battery replacement, jumpstarts, tyre services, and towing—anytime, anywhere.

In addition to traditional roadside support, this partnership introduces innovative service offerings, including on-site battery replacement and scheduled vehicle pick-up and drop-off services. CAM clients will benefit from access to Bateriku.com’s nationwide workshop ecosystem, which includes Petronas AutoExpert and Mannol Workshops. These enhanced services are designed to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency for corporate and fleet businesses, aligning with the rising demand for hassle-free automotive solutions.
