NASDAQ-listed Agape ATP Corporation (ATPC), through its wholly owned subsidiary ATPC Green Energy Sdn. Bhd. (ATPC Green Energy), has entered into two major Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) with Swiss One Oil & Gas AG (Swiss One), with a combined value of approximately USD 24 billion.
The agreements build upon an Initial Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) signed between the two parties in February 2025. That ICPO marked the beginning of a strategic partnership, initiating a trial supply of 100,000 metric tonnes of EN590 10PPM diesel and one million barrels of Jet Fuel A1. Following the successful completion of the trial, both companies have now moved forward with formalized long-term agreements.
Under the new SPAs, ATPC Green Energy will supply Jet Fuel A1 and EN590 10PPM diesel over an initial 12-month period, with opportunities for extensions. The contract begins with a trial order of 200,000 metric tonnes of EN590 10PPM diesel and 2 million barrels of Jet Fuel A1, scheduled to commence in March 2025. If this trial phase is successfully executed, the agreement will transition into full-scale supply, including weekly deliveries of 500,000 metric tonnes of EN590 10PPM diesel and 2 million barrels of Jet Fuel A1 to meet increasing global demand.
All shipments will be executed using Free on Board (FOB) terms at key international ports. To ensure consistent quality and compliance with global standards, all products will undergo independent inspection by SGS or equivalent third-party certification bodies. The fuel supplied will meet ASTM/IP international specifications.
Professor Dato’ Sri Dr. How Kok Choong, Founder and Global Group CEO of ATPC, commented on the development, stating, “Our earlier ICPO with Swiss One Oil & Gas AG was an important milestone in building trust and operational strength in the oil and gas sector. Transitioning to a full SPA reflects the strong relationship we’ve built and highlights ATPC’s ability to deliver large volumes of fuel reliably and consistently.”
Jeff Hattara, CEO of Swiss One Oil & Gas, also shared his appreciation for those who played key roles in the agreement. “I’d like to thank Mr. Steven Huffman, President and Director of Swiss One Oil & Gas Asia Pacific, and Mr. Magedaragamage, advisor to Swiss One Oil & Gas, for their support in this venture with Agape. Both will be working on-site alongside Agape to manage logistics and future operations.”
This strategic partnership marks a significant step forward for ATPC as it continues to expand its footprint in the global energy trading space. The deal is expected to enhance the company’s revenue and support its long-term vision of building a diversified, future-ready business model.
